If you need to return a product or report an issue, Staccato Technologies aims to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.

How to proceed

1) Contact us first
Before any return is shipped back to us, please contact our support team via email:
returns@staccatotech.se
Include the following information in your email:
  • Order number or invoice number
  • Product name and article number
  • Description of the issue or reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if relevant)
  • Your contact details

2) We will respond with instructions

After reviewing your message, our team will provide:

  • Return authorization (if applicable)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any additional information needed to process your case


3) Return evaluation

Once the returned item has arrived at Staccato Technologies, our technical team will inspect and evaluate it.

We will then contact you with the result and the next steps.


Important notes

  • Returns without prior contact and approval may be delayed.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, usage outside specification, or modification may not be covered.
