Delivery Terms
All deliveries are made EXW (Ex Works) from our warehouse. Shipping costs and risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Payment Terms
- We currently offer the following payment options
- Prepayment (Bank Transfer) Payment must be received in full before goods are shipped. Instructions for payment will be provided at checkout.
- Invoice Approved customers may pay by invoice. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
- Goods remain the property of Staccato technologies AB until full payment has been received.
Return Policy
- You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is prepaid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
