At Staccato Technologies AB, we aim to make shipping as simple and transparent as possible.

Shipping Rates

We apply a flat-rate shipping fee depending on destination:

  • Sweden – flat rate shipping fee
  • Europe – flat rate shipping fee
  • Worldwide – flat rate shipping fee

Exact shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Carriers

Depending on geographical location, we will selects the most cost-effective and reliable carrier for each order.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped as door-to-door business deliveries. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment during normal business hours.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and carrier information via email.

Delivery Time

We apply a flat-rate shipping fee depending on destination:
  • Within Sweden: typically 1–3 business days
  • Within Europe: typically 3–7 business days
  • Outside Europe: typically 5–14 business days
If an item is out of stock or subject to longer lead time, we will notify you by email.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately at support@staccatotech.se.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure that a replacement or refund is arranged as soon as possible.
